40/60 Anytime

What is it?
Is your current workout routine…blah, blah, blah…or maybe you’re just not getting the results you thought you would? Introducing the 40/60 Anytime workout. This unique format offers an efficient and effective circuit routine that will move you to the next level and get you the results you’ve been looking for.
This total body, functional training approach will strengthen, tone and shape your body faster than any routine offered anywhere. Never boring, always intense, this routine is always changing and challenging. A certified trainer is present at all times to assure proper technique and will motivate you to push through and get the results you deserve.
Forty workout stations in 60 minutes….WOW! You won’t get that kind of workout in the gym. The ANYTIME format allows you to show up any time during our open house hours and work out as long as you want. You get to set your own class time and duration. Come experience the 40/60 Anytime workout. You have to see it to believe it!

How Often Should I Take a Class? When doing resistance training, you should consider proper rest in order to allow the body recovery in between workouts. This is generally between 24-48 hours. In order to maximize your results, it is important to plan your week ahead, balancing resistance training, cardiovascular training, and proper recovery. We have qualified staff available to help you. Please ask.
What Do I Need To Bring?
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Gym shoes
- Water bottle
- Towel
- We supply the trainer, the stations and the push!
A typical class
- With respect to the Anytime format, you arrive at your convenience during the posted 40/60 Anytime hours, allowing yourself enough time to complete your workout before 40/60 Anytime ends (20 stations take 30 minutes, 40 stations take 60 minutes).
- The workout begins with a warm-up to get your body prepared.
- A certified personal trainer is present, will greet you, and assess your workout intentions. Your workout will represent a level of fitness that is appropriate to you.
- The studio is set up with 20 stations, all representing a specific functional movement.
- You will be given 1 minute to work at each station, followed by a 20-second transition time to the next station.
- The trainer will work with you to assure proper form and technique as you progress through the stations.
- Because of our unique Anytime open house format, you may take breaks as needed.
In your first 40/60 Anytime experience, we encourage you to learn the process, listen to your body, and then increase your intensity and performance as your body responds.
