How Often Should I Take a Class? When planning your workouts for the week, it is important to consider the balance between cardiovascular and resistance training. Our qualified staff is available to help you find that balance.

Describe a typical class
- One of the unique features of our Spin bikes is that they are designed to be adjusted to your body ensuring a comfortable and safe ride.
- On your first visit, arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time. This will allow enough time for you to meet with our instructor to get your bike set up properly.
- A Spin class is a 60-minute ride that is divided into working segments, starting out with a progressive warm-up. The instructor will guide you through hand positions, posture, and variety of riding techniques.
- As the ride progresses, the Spin class then transitions to a real-ride experience.
- With the music and theater-like environment, you can now visualize the adventure of a bike ride.
- We complete the ride with a cool-down and a relaxing stretch.
